Ms. Shineman serves on the board of directors of SEMRush, an online visibility and content marketing SaaS business that helps marketers do their job more effectively, and serves as chair of the Nominations and Governance Committee. From March 2004 through February 2019, Ms. Shineman held positions of increasing responsibility with Cimpress N.V., and most recently was the Chief Executive Officer of its Vistaprint business. Ms. Shineman has an M.B.A from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in Psychology from Cornell University.
