On January 17, 2020, Dermot Halpin announced his resignation, effective January 20, 2020, from his position as President – Experiences and Rentals of TripAdvisor, Inc. (together with its subsidiaries, the “Company”). From January 20, 2020 through March 31, 2020, Mr. Halpin will continue to serve as an employee of the Company and as an Advisor to Steve Kaufer, Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company.
